AI implementation with your team
Build AI with your team and ours.
Work alongside Bibha's language model veterans and applied research engineers on data, evaluations, models, agents and workflows. Connect the business systems, qualify the deployment and prepare your operators to take the system forward.
What is an AI co-build engagement with Bibha?
In a co-build engagement, your team and Bibha's engineers configure, integrate and deploy an AI system together. Your team brings domain knowledge, data and system access, and people to review results. Bibha contributes platform and engineering work. After deployment, the system is handed over to your team, with any continuing support agreed in the engagement.
Bring specialist AI work into your own delivery effort.
Co-build fits a team that wants to participate in the implementation and take the system forward after deployment. You bring knowledge of the work and the systems around it. Bibha's engineers work alongside you on the AI and integration work.
The starting point can be a new workflow or a specific part of a system: model adaptation, connected knowledge, an agent, workflow automation or deployment. The scope follows the task.

Make the task testable before building around it.
Begin with the business task, baseline, data access and operating boundary. Prepare representative examples and business tests before choosing the model and workflow. This gives the build a result to be assessed against.
Prepare data and business tests
Organise and version examples, separate training and test data, capture expert annotations and prepare the cases that will be used to assess the result.
Develop the model and application
Compare model candidates or adapt one through training and fine-tuning. Build the prompts, knowledge, agents and workflows, with the tool connections and action boundaries the task needs.
Evaluate the complete system
Test the model and the connected workflow against the business cases. Include human review, regression and boundary tests, and compare quality, speed and cost on the same workload.
Integrate and deploy
Validate the connections, select the release configuration and deploy it in the chosen environment with the operating responsibilities defined.
An illustrative co-build: service assistance.
Suppose your service team wants help preparing responses using internal guidance and a live business record. Your domain specialists prepare the useful information and review cases. Your engineers and Bibha's team configure permission-aware knowledge, model behaviour, tools and workflow steps around the task.
Together, the team checks whether the system uses the right sources, requests only permitted actions and hands uncertain work to a person. It tests the complete workflow, records the acceptance decision and deploys the selected configuration. This is an illustrative co-build, not a customer case study.
Operator training and agreed operating materials prepare your team for the handover. Continuing support and retained responsibilities are set out in the engagement.
Put each decision with the people responsible for it.
A co-build needs business reviewers and technical contributors. Name both early so access, design and acceptance decisions have clear owners.
Your business team
Defines the task, supplies domain knowledge, reviews results and makes the business decisions.
Your technical team
Brings access to the relevant systems and works alongside Bibha on configuration, integration and deployment.
Bibha's engineers
Help scope the workflow, prepare the AI approach and configure, integrate and deploy the system with your team.
Plan the handover while the system is being built.
After deployment, the system is handed over to your team. Bibha provides operator training and agreed operating materials so the people responsible for it are prepared to take over.
Make the accepted configuration, access ownership, monitoring, escalation and recovery responsibilities clear. Define how later changes are reviewed and which support continues after handover.
- Prepare the operators and supply the agreed operating materials.
- Identify the accepted configuration and components your team will operate.
- Name the owners of access, monitoring, escalation and recovery.
- Define continuing support and the process for future changes.
Choose deployment around the team that will operate it.
Use Bibha as a cloud service, or discuss hybrid and on-premises deployment. The choice affects the environment, access and operating responsibilities the teams need to plan.
Define the supported model and system connections, the workload and the delivery scope together. Specialist capacity, milestones, support and any work after handover belong in that scope.
Bring the workflow and the people who know it.
Tell us what you want to build, what already exists and which parts your team wants to own. We can then discuss the engineering work, the review process and the handover that fit your project.
Questions and answers
Co-build is designed for your technical team to work alongside Bibha's engineers on configuration, integration and deployment. You also need people who know the business task and can review results. If you want Bibha to handle the agreed delivery and ongoing operation, explore the managed engagement.
No. A supported external model with connected knowledge and tools may fit the task. Training or fine-tuning is considered when the required behaviour calls for it. The implementation approach follows the work and the results you need.
Bibha provides operator training and agreed operating materials, then hands the system over to your team. The engagement defines retained responsibilities, continuing support and how later changes will be handled.
Yes. Bibha supports modular use with existing models and tools. Identify the particular models, information and system connections during scoping so their compatibility can be confirmed for your workflow.
The business task, data and model work, integrations, deployment requirements and division of responsibilities determine the scope. Handover, specialist capacity, milestones and continuing support should be defined as part of that engagement.
