Prashant founded Bibha on a simple observation: businesses want the benefits of AI without handing their data, economics and margins to a vendor in the middle. Bibha turns that idea into a platform and a team that build AI around each business.

Pupinder Singh is the architect of the Bibha platform and heads everything technical at Bibha. He leads the engineering organisation across the whole AI lifecycle: data preparation, model training and fine-tuning, model serving and compute, agents, workflows and the monitoring that keeps every system accountable in production.

He sets the engineering standard the platform promises: one coherent system from raw data to deployed AI, built so customers keep control of their data, their models and their economics. He writes and reviews code across the stack every week, and TalentFlow, ReachFar and PeachDesk all run on the platform his team builds.
